mySchedule is our timetabling platform. Here you'll find out about timetables. As a Bachelor of Nursing or a Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Midwifery student, you have unique key dates for creating your personalised timetable - see below.

How to use mySchedule
mySchedule operates in Preference and Adjustment mode. You can read more about each mode and find instructional videos and guides below.
Before Semester 1 or 2 teaching period begins, you will be given an opportunity to indicate your preferred classes in order of preference. Take your time to consider your selections. This is an equitable process, not a first-in, first-served process.
What you need to do
- Login to mySchedule via the website or myStudentCentre and view your enrolled subjects under the ‘Enrolment’ menu. When a course appears with a Red icon, it means we’re still waiting for your preferences.
- Click each unit, enter your preferences and click Save. Once your preferences have been submitted your unit will change to Orange in the Enrolment menu. You can continue updating until the preference period closes (see Key dates below).
- If there's only a Blue information icon appearing next to a unit, you do not have to submit your preferences for that unit. This might be because it is a non-timetabled class, your enrolments are outside of Semester 1, or you’re part of a certain program. Further information about this unit will be provided to you before the commencement of classes., eg: via Moodle.

What happens next
After Preference Mode closes for sorting, mySchedule will not be available. During sorting, your preferences will be taken into account to create the best possible clash-free timetable for all students. There is no guarantee you will get your first preferences.
If your circumstances change, or you need to consider alternatives, you will be able to adjust your timetable during the Adjustment Mode.
If any of your unit enrolments in mySchedule have 'No action required' listed against them, this means that there is no timetabled classes for this unit so you don't need to make any changes in mySchedule.
If you are enrolled in units for non-standard terms (e.g. Winter, Summer, etc), your individual timetable will be provided directly during Adjustment Mode.
If you did not select classes during Preference Mode, or Preference Mode was not available to your unit, then your classes may not be allocated satisfactorily. You will need to complete the allocation process during Adjustment Mode.
In Adjustment Mode, you have an opportunity to review your class allocations and make changes where possible. You can also wait-list classes that you would like to allocate into if those classes are full. The sooner you review your class allocations the better chance you have of creating the timetable that suits you.
What you need to do
- Login to mySchedule via the website or myStudentCentre and view your enrolled units under the ‘Enrolment’ menu.
- If a unit with a Green icon also reads (ADJUST), you can select a different class time with the Select button. Or, if the class you want to swap to is full, click on the Heart icon to join the waitlist.
- If any of your unit enrolments in mySchedule have 'Non-timetabled class' listed against them, this means that there is no timetabled classes for this unit so you don't need to make any changes in mySchedule. Further information about this unit will be provided to you before the commencement of classes.
- If you are enrolled for non Standard Terms (eg: Winter, Summer, etc), your individual timetable will open directly in Adjustment Mode.

If a unit shows as (READ ONLY), you can view your timetable for this unit but will not be able to manage your class allocations.
Reasons why a unit may appear (READ ONLY) include:
- allocations for this unit have been managed centrally. Timetable adjustments require academic approval and administrative assistance
- timetables are closed for further adjustment. Typically this occurs two weeks after classes commence.
If a unit shows as (OFF), you will not be able to select preferences, adjust allocations, or view the timetable for this unit.
Reasons why a unit may appear (OFF) include:
- mySchedule may not be open yet for you to manage your allocations. Please refer to the Key dates
- mySchedule will not be available while the preference sort process is undertaken
- allocations for this unit are being managed centrally
- the unit is not running this semester (e.g. Semester 2 units will be visible in Semester 1, but shown as (OFF)).
