Placement

Clinical placements give postgraduate students a chance to apply their knowledge in real situations – which is the best way to prepare for the workforce.

The Master of Psychology (Clinical) includes 1000 hours across 70 weeks. The Master of Professional Psychology includes 315 hours across 22 weeks.

Our postgraduate psychology placements are supported by our new psychology clinic FedCare Psychology Services and our external placement partners. We have more than 50 placement partners right across Victoria and opportunities in a range of settings including public health, private practice, forensic and educational settings and community health services.
