"I was full of admiration for the quality of the session yesterday. I don’t know at what stage of their course your students are at but they were professional in their approach, clearly knew what they were talking about and I felt entirely confident with the advice they were giving me. Very well done by your program and I am looking forward to my next appointment with you and your team."
(Initial feedback from a consumer during the first week of clinic operation)
“Really enjoying the Federation Uni online physio. Most helpful and getting good results. Program easy to follow.”
“Very pleased with physio telehealth. Good feedback from them. Sent me exercises to do. Definitely recommend.”
(Consumer feedback to referring health service about FPVCC in November 2023)
"It was great interacting with the students and Jane, I have received top notch advice in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere."
“I was treated with absolute kindness, understanding and compassion as we ploughed through a myriad of my health disorders and I was given professional, verbal advice, appropriate exercises, demonstrations and written instructions, which I followed. This was a special time for me and I thoroughly enjoyed each session. So I stretched, groaned and laughed through my lessons and a couple of months later felt so much stronger, healthier and happier. The students were punctual, understanding, highly educated, well versed in their subjects and were over-seen by their principals. I think they should be proud of their knowledge and delivery. They listened. I appreciated their bright shining faces, their wit and will to help, keen aptitude and precise directives. I am most grateful for the assistance they have given me.”
(Consumer feedback received in February 2024)
"I just want to say a big thank you for the amazing service and professional help you have given me in the lead up to my hip replacement surgery. From the video calls and practical sessions to the written information and exercises- everything worked like clockwork and has been very beneficial. Thank you for choosing the health industry."
(Consumer feedback received in May 2024)
"As someone living in a remote rural town, I often have to travel in excess of 1.5 hours to get to medical appointments for specialty services in other towns. Being able to meet remotely online saves me hours of time and of course the petrol. I have had treatment for three different issues that I have. For each one of them the exercises and or advice I got on how to manage the pain was really useful – I have had positive improvement and reduced pain from my treatments. I also get written reports summarising the conversation which helps me later on if I forget bits and pieces. I recommend it to my family and friends, especially the treatment is great quality, and the students are really friendly."
