Federation University uses the information collected in this form for the purposes of processing donations, providing receipts and sending you further information about the University. Your personal information is sought on a voluntary basis, but please be advised that the University may be unable to process your donation if the information supplied is incomplete. The University may use your name in connection with the Foundation as a donor, unless you elect to remain anonymous. Federation University values your privacy and will not otherwise make your personal information available to other individuals or organisations unless authorised or required by law. You are entitled to access and correct your personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic), and with the University’s Information Privacy Policy
