Regional Skills Networks
You can’t co-op without getting together for the occasional chat. This is where Regional Skills Networks comes in. It’s the umbrella that all the Industry Advisory Groups sit under.
So – what are the Industry Advisory Groups? Good question. These align with specific sectors – like manufacturing and health – and help connect education and industry. Each group is made up of 10–20 organisations that meet twice a year to provide vital subject matter expertise and advice.
What we're trying to achieve:
- Better regional education and employment outcomes.
- Stonger research partnerships.
- Courses where students learn the skills industry need.
