Research interests

Megan’s research interests lie broadly in the area of body image and disordered eating, with a special interest in Objectification theory. She is also interested in the relationship between women’s health issues such as parenting, breastfeeding and body image and how these issues may influence depression, suicidal ideation and sexual functioning. She is also interested in developing comprehensive models for mental health in specific populations.
