Ceremony dates and times
Please note that changes to the government health advice may affect ceremony details and attendance limits. Please ensure you regularly check for emails from the Graduation Office and Reed Graduation Services.
If you do not want to attend a graduation ceremony please make alternate arrangements to receive your testamur.
An email will be sent to you approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the event, advising you of the online registration portal opening date. A link will be provided for you to login and submit your graduation attendance / non-attendance details for the next graduation event. You will also be able to pre-book graduation photography and purchase merchandise during registration.
Please update your contact details in MySC to include a current alternate email address to ensure you receive graduation communication as your student email address will not be used for this communication.

Ceremony dates are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change at short notice. It is important that you wait for confirmation of your ceremony prior to making travel arrangements.
Please note: to be eligible to graduate in a semester one 2025 ceremony, all grades must be finalised by 23 January 2025.
