Check-in is after 2pm, through self check-in with the key safe.

Check-out on the day of departure is 10am unless otherwise arranged. Please leave house keys on the kitchen bench when leaving.

Free parking is available on site in the residence carpark within short walking distance from your accommodation.

This facility has its own laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

We ask that you be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimal level from 10.30pm – 7am. Washing machines and dryers should not be used during these times.

Smoking and vaping is only permitted in designated outside smoking areas. No smoking or vaping is permitted within any University buildings or facilities

Pets are only permitted in our pet-friendly unit. No pets are permitted in other units.

Cleanliness is expected to be maintained by guests during your stay. Adequate cleaning materials, including tea towels, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket are provided.

If excessive cleaning is required upon departure, additional cleaning charges may be applicable.

BBQ facilities

BBQ facilities are available on site in West Rec Areas. Please be considerate of others by ensuring that the BBQs and surrounding area are left clean after use. Please contact the Fedliving office if the gas gets low.

Pool/Gym Facilities

Fedliving guests are invited to use the heated pool and gym facilities available with Latrobe Leisure Churchill (fees apply) – located on the corner of Northways Road and McDonald Way. Further information, including casual prices and opening hours are available on their website.
