Check-in is after 2pm from Fedliving Office. If office is unattended or it is after hours, please call Security on 03 5122 8555.

Check-out on the day of departure is 10am unless otherwise arranged. Please place the key in the afterhours box located in the foyer outside Fedliving office when leaving.

Free parking is available outside Flats residence.

Please see us in the Fedliving office for a short-term accommodation parking permit to display on your dashboard.

Free wi-fi is provided throughout this property.

In an emergency, please call 000 first and then Security on 03 5122 8555.

This facility has its own laundry with a washing machine and dryer in it. There is also a clothes line by the front entrance in the gate. Each bedroom also has its own clothes horse to dry your clothes inside.

You will also find an iron and ironing board in the laundry.

All bedrooms have heaters installed on a 2-hour timer.

To operate, turn the thermostat to the desired temperature and press the button on the wall, marked ‘timer’. When the desired temperature is reached or 2 hours has passed, the heater will turn itself off. Please do not place any objects within 45cm of the heater.

We ask that you be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimal level from 10.30pm – 7am. Washing machines and dryers should not be used during these times.

All Federation University campuses are completely smoke free. No smoking is permitted on campuses, however an area for residents and guests only is available to smoke at the smoking pole located outside Building 955, facing car park C. An area for Flats residents is available adjacent to the sports field.

Pets are not permitted in Fedliving properties.

BBQ Facilities | BBQ facilities are available on site between buildings 951 and 952. Please be considerate of others by ensuring that the BBQs and surrounding area are left clean after use. BBQ utensils are in kitchen draws.
