Check-out on the day of departure is 10am unless otherwise arranged. A key drop box is available in the Fedliving office foyer.

Secure on-site parking is available at this property. Please use the swipe card on your key set to access the carpark.

Free wi-fi is provided throughout this property. Please use the details available on the fridge in your apartment to gain access.

If you are staying on the Mount Helen residence and require emergency services (usually an ambulance), when asked for ‘your location’, you will need to quote the emergency marker number. This will ensure the emergency services attend at the determined location. The emergency numbers are located on the ‘Local Emergency Instructions’ poster in your unit.

A communal laundry is located on ground level opposite the common room. Washers and dryers are available for guest use free of charge.

Federation Health Sports and Aquatic Centre (HSA) is located within the new state of the art Health and Sports Precinct on the Mount Helen campus. HSA features a community gymnasium, heated indoor 25 metre pool, indoor sports stadiums, active studio, tennis courts, and an outdoor multipurpose oval. HSA also offers learn-to-swim classes, personal training, group fitness, individually developed programs, rehab clinic and more.

If you would like to use the swim and gym facilities during your stay, please show your room key card at reception for entry. Current opening hours and more can be found on the HSA website.

Heating is available throughout this residence. Turning the wall heater on is similar to using a hot water tap. Maximum heat is achieved by fully turning the large knob (anticlockwise). If there are numbers on the dial, increasing the number will increase the heat.

Within 10 minutes you will feel the heat radiating from the columns.

When turning off (clockwise) do not over tighten.

Split system air-conditioning & heating is also available for guest use.

We ask that you be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimal level from 10.30pm – 7am. Washing machines and dryers should not be used during these times.

No smoking is permitted on our campuses, or within Fedliving properties, buildings and facilities. This includes all outdoor areas such as gardens, sporting grounds and car parks.

Pets are not permitted in this property.

Common Area | All guests are welcome to use the common room located on ground level. Here you will find a large communal kitchen and lounge area. Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself
