Supporting gender equality at Federation
One of the most impactful ways to support equality and inclusion is by being an ally* and an inclusive team member.
The Diversity Council Australia website offers resources on allyship, building inclusive teams and being an inclusive team member.
As a Diversity Council Australia member, Federation provides all employees with access to member content. If you haven’t already, register for a DCA user account using your Federation email address.
You can also help advance gender equality at Federation by:
- co-designing and promoting initiatives, practices and policies
- supporting and guiding others to complete gender impact assessments
- contributing to our current gender equality action plan
- sharing ideas for future action.
