Make your wish list based on what you actually want to do, and make sure you include pathway options too. What are pathways? They’re things like certificates and diplomas and they can lead to a degree. Preferencing them can reduce your risk of not getting any offers and, at the same time, put you closer to your dream course. Federation is known as a ‘dual-sector uni’, which means that as well as degrees, we offer certificates and diplomas – or pathways.

You need to know your entry requirements and plan accordingly. Select the ‘Entry Requirements’ tab on the course page to see exactly what prerequisites you’ll need before your application will be considered. If you don’t meet the prerequisites, you might be able to re-route your application through our Federation Access Studies Course. You will be guaranteed a place in one of Federation's undergraduate degrees when you're done. This option is only available for some courses so be sure to check first.
